I process and package your order to be sent out to USPS within 5-10 business days unless it is a 'Pre-Order' than the times will be under the product description. Once USPS receives the package, please check your tracking number to see when your package will arrive to your shipping address. By purchasing you agree tiffanoui is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages handled by USPS. Weather and Holidays may delay processing and shipping times.. No refunds or returns! INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is currently NOT available. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly or have moved and do not reach out before it is shipped, you will not be refunded and shipping charges may be subject to change.

Pre-Orders will be shipped within the designated ship by date in the product description. Outside ship-by dates, all other shipping policies remain the same.

Please reach out through the contact page if you are interested in any custom work by me :) Please do have a budget and timeline in mind! Ceramics is an inherently slow process, so will take at least 4-5 weeks after ideation. I do not do last minute holiday customs.
